Yes, sometimes it seems too much to rise from bed. The world seems overwhelming and all incentive seems to have gone. But thankfully there are some prompts that urge me to arise. One is a beautiful day outside. Another are my two cats who insist on pestering me, for as long as it takes, to get me up if only to attend to them!
