Thank you for writing the most understandable, comprehensive explanation of how work is reviewed and selected for promotion on Medium. In the past I have been quite confused about Medium’s curation process. I can see after reading your article that quite a few of the glitches and inconsistencies as well as the biases of Medium curation have been addressed, smoothed out, or completely dropped from the process.

This fills me with relief, and better than that, with excitement and motivation to keep writing on Medium. This feels so good because frankly over the past 3 years of my Medium Membership I have lost some of my enthusiasm and belief about the value of writing here.
