Thank you, Dennett. I think your best bet to find chimney swifts is literally in a city or large town where there are some high chimneys, such as a church tower or very large house with a large chimney. They actually roost in chimneys and towers. I always know they are around before I see them because they have a distinctive chittering call that they make on the wing.
