Every child loves a see-saw, right? Not me.

I always felt afraid when lifted high on the see-saw, my feet unable to reach the ground. I also hated the other half of the experience. Hitting the dirt too hard, the jolt running up my legs.

Even as a child, I wanted balance. That place between too high and too low.
